    • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a replacement after receiving the product.

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
    • Items that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized footwear.
    • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective products.
  • Once a exchange is approved it will take upto 7 days to deliver.
  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange items must meet the same return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear videos & images of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
