- Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a replacement after receiving the product.

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Items that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized footwear.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective products.
- Once a exchange is approved it will take upto 7 days to deliver.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange items must meet the same return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear videos & images of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
